Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for purchasing from Lebanese Arabic with Hiba. Because our physical phrasebooks are custom printed on-demand specifically for your order at commercial facilities worldwide, and our digital products are delivered instantly, we have a strict refund and return policy.

Physical Books (Print-on-Demand)

All sales of physical books are final. We cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” or if an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Books

We only issue refunds or replacements if the physical book arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Send an email to [email protected].
  • Include your order number.
  • Include clear photos of the damage or printing defect.

Upon review of the photos, we will immediately process a free replacement copy to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost. Please do not send your purchase back to the printer or manufacturer.

Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital products (such as the Digital PDF Editions) are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” they are exempt from being refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund for a defective item is approved and you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
